Here is another photo of the beautiful harvest we are getting from the garden. This time we have lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, and sugar snap peas. The lettuce has also done great. We have now had many salads from it – enough for the whole family multiple times. I have been just picked the big leaves off the outside and it keeps growing. The tomatoes and cucumbers are very tasty just sliced with a little salt. The peas are good raw in a salad or slightly steamed. Anabel likes them out of the shell. Yum, Yum.
