Mike is doing great. He has started rehab at Vanderbilt and plans to start slowly back to work next week.

Caught a cough

Mike is doing well but he has caught a cough from Courtney. They both sound aweful but so far it has not turned into anything too terrible besides being a little irritable. Thanks for your prayers and words of encouragement.

A day to rest

Mike is taking the day to rest today. He did not sleep well as he woke a couple times with elevated PVC’s. He could feel his heart rate speeding up. After sitting up his heart settled down but then he was wide awake. Pray with me that his mind would be protected...

Mike walking

Mike just walked a mile at the YMCA. He said it was easier than helping Courtney get dressed this morning. We had Mexican for lunch. He is napping this afternoon. He is doing great.

Mike is home. He is doing well. Enjoying a change of scenery and now ready for a rest. This picture is post surgery. He is really doing great. Much better than we had hoped.
