March has been a busy month. We finished basketball and cheerleading. Both girls loved it. Natalie’s team was almost undefeated only losing one game. She learned so much and hopes to play again next year. Courtney had fun and Anabel says she wants to cheer when she gets older. Anabel and Courtney are sticking with ballet and Natalie is taking a little break from swimming.
We celebrated spring break by hosting and serving with our church at Spring Break VBS. We were able to use a local school building and had many new families attend. A college team from Union University came to help us and our church members really stepped up to serve. It was a real blessing. We pray that the children who came heard the Word of God.
Natalie started our string of birthday celebrations this past Friday on the 29th. She turned 10. Yikes! We celebrated at VBS with cupcakes made by a friends and dinner at Red Robin. We celebrated with family today for the all the girls and Easter. Last year, the girls had one combined friend party and individual dinners with family. This year they wanted individual friend parities so we celebrated with family all at once. Natalie will have a friend party on Saturday. The theme is Minute to Win it. I’ll try to take pictures and post them if I can remember!
I moved several websites to my new server and set up a new website for my web design business – webonmission.com.
Mike traveled some to help artists kick off their new tours. A big highlight was all of his main artists playing at the Houston rodeo in the same week. Very cool!
Perfect quote to end Easter Day and March. Tonight during prayer time, Anabel prays, ‘Thank you for mommy and daddy, and for Daisy not moving and the butterflies coming out, cept for one more, Amen. Oh wait, I forgot something! God, Thank you that Jesus is done dying, Amen.”
